Curry Curry in a Hurry

I am so loving A1 curry paste.

I cooked a totally TASTIEST KICKASS ASAM JAWA CURRY FISH!!!!!!

SO easy leh. Just heat some oil and add the instant curry paste[i like to mix it with a little water] and fry till its red oil breaks out from paste [pecah minyak] . Add more water till the paste is thick and add the fish. Add tamarind[asam jawa] and then simmer till the fish cook.

SO SYIOK!!!!!!!
