~ Goodbye 2005 and Welcome 2006!! ~

In a blink of an eye one whole year has passed. As you grow up, time seems to catch up with you and time moves faster. How about you?
[mind wanders away to another fraction of galaxy]

As i see 2005 goes by, i tend to wander about my childhood memories. I can remember wanting the day to end quickly and time go faster so that i can have my school hols. But now it is just the opposite....I always think to myself that i haven't finish living to the fullest of year 2005!!!!
Well what can we do anyway.........(^.^)

2005 is indeed a year where i learn a lot of things especially in my life and also spiritually. I can say i improve a lot in those areas.

This year i also have a fair share of prophesies too. Not large ones but of course i have to be faithful in the small one first. This are some of them........
1)able to write songs
2)praying for others
3)prophetic gifts....

I was more sceptical about the last one because i'm not the really spiritual type(i think?). Well i donno. But God came true to me in this area. Many times this year i receive prophetic pictures mainly in my youth meeting. So i thought to myself, i can do it!!! I actually prayed about it during the leadership camp and God answered it. This will be one of my new years resolution.

And most of all i want to say a HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!!!!!!
GOD BLESS YOU!!!!!!!!!!!1

~Movies and Food~

AAAaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhh.............
Just came back from the cinema just now with my brother and a good friend of mine, Jeremy Wang. On the way we fetch him. We had a good chat with one another.[ I sound so formal.......weird......:) ]. Hmmmmmmmmmm.........we reach the cinema at around 2.40 and quickly go and get our tickets at the counter as the show will start at 3.00 pm. I grab a box of popcorn and a drink and quickly head on to the cinema hall. Oh yah, did i mention the movie? No right? ummmm...we watch " Cheaper by the Dozen 2". I know it sounds cheap(Obviously) but it is really a good movie. Very hard to find good and clean movies nowadays. A very comical and funny show. It is about two families competiting with one another in every way mainly because the fathers are rivals since young. The children are actually not wanting to fight but because of their fathers they become fed up of the fathers's attitude. They are some romantic touches to this movie but maybe a little parental guidance might be good. But it is indeed very funny. [ why am i reviewing this movie, I should get paid]

Hartz was not that good today. Not very nice food served today but can say all of them are edible. Most of the time is catching up with Jeremy because we didn't meet each other for a long time..~~~~~~~~

I think i stop for today. I'm not commenting about the food because it's not that good.

~Leadership Camp~

Note: some paragraphs are taken my Jasmine blog as i'm lazy to type :)

I'm back from a most wonderful camp, or more accurately, retreat. Man we had such fun together. Everyone was crazy...hahah. Loaded with tricks, pranks, lame jokes and other cumb stuff..but at the same time God moved in such a powerful way. I can truly say that my life has been changed.

I really got tanned when i was in Santubong (scratch and peels skin). Actually was my fault really. I swan most of the afternoon. Anyway, upon the arrival at Santubong, I got the same roomates again from the Embacy Camp except Daniel Chong. I unpacked my stuff and got ready to swim. I was really angry with the management as he place our rooms at the second floor. ARGGGGGH really geram. Have to help the aunties to carry stuff summore. haih~

Went swimming for the whole afternoon. Got back at around 5.15 pm. I ate junk food while waiting for my turn to bath. After that, i went to Gladys's room to eat our dinner. We ate chicken stew. For some reason during the whole camp, that naughty Shawn(i think i spelt it right) Wong keep on smiling a "gayish",clown width creepy smile. It freaks me out even thinking about it.

Anyway our nite meeting started at around seven thirty. It was an awesome praise and worship as God's presence just filled the whole room. The message was very uplifting. I can really say Uncle Mervyn's message is ever improving because your faith is just lifted up when listening to him. Joshua also shared a bit of the past Embacy group which is G1(generation 1). The fire, zeal and etc....I was encouraged and somehow i began to feel the fire already. Later at the worship part, people began to receive the fire without laying of hands. Suddenly, i had a vision . I saw this torpedo full of fire went into my body. A rushing gush of fire went throughout my body that instance. I was fanning myself. I was so hot. I had the urged to pass the fire so i pass it on to daniel. He receive it and was shaking. It was an awesome nite.

The next day, we had our usual meeting in the morning. It was about visions. Very good topic.
I really learn a lot from it. But i was very geram with Shawn Wong. The "sinis" smile again. Arggggghhh.....WHY does he always disturb and sit nearby me? Besides that, he keep on pinching me and disturbing my bottle. I was angry so i pinched him back where the pain receptors are more at. Muahahaha. Science and brains.......kakakakakakakaka........

We had beef sandwiches for lunch. Right after that i went swimming. Siao arr me.......1.30 pm i went swimming till 5 ++. Had a good time of fun.

The night meeting was VERY VERY VERY AWESOME. I want to focus on it more. The presence of God was so real. The theme for that night was inner healing although Uncle merv wanted it so much to be fire and the river of God. I was already crying at the praise part because I felt God was in this room. Another vision came to me, I saw God in his kingly robe standing in the middle of the room with his hands wide open to receive us saying " reach out to me, reach out to me, i want to show my love towards you." I cried so much that nite. I felt the urged to to tell the people so i did. I cried when i said it. The whole room was crying went i said that word. Glory to God. After that most of the time was praying for people and sharing your testimony.

Another fun part...........

After d session dat nite we played around till 3.30 am. haha. It was Shaun Cheng's bday today and they sabor-ed him with peanut butter, kaya, lipstick and shaving cream and dumped him into the pool during midnite. Mosat of them went swimming at midnite when is was raining...Crazy people but i really wanted to join them. Problem is that Shawn wanted to throw me into the pool, so i was practically hiding in my room. Most of them enjoy the fun. I heard there was a embacy jiwang group(lovesick group)performance at aunty cynthia's room. Haih.....i missed out the fun....mebbe next time~

The next day, THE HORROR!!!!!!!!
PMR RESULTS!!!!!!!!
I was very anxious. I quickly ate breakfast at went swimming so that i can calm myself down. We were all waiting anxiouly by the pool . Daniel got straight a's and was thrown into the pool . Har har har...............I got mine after his and......
TENG TENG TENG.............
I got straight a's!!!!!!!glory to god.
But i wasn't thrown in because the surfboard was missing. hehehehehhehehehhehehe..........

Wad a weird camp.....................but fun too....... can't wait for next year........

M'sia English vs Britain English

Malaysia English vs Britian English ... Who says our English is teruk:- Just see below - Ours is simple, short, concise, straight-to-point, effective etc. The English did invent the English Language, but they cannot use it economically when communicating their intentions. Compare these phrases that Malaysians and Britons use to say the same thing: So, why make things so confusing and waste of money when you are making a long distance call.

WHEN GIVING A CUSTOMER BAD NEWS

Britons: I'm sorry, Sir, but we don't seem to have the sweater you want in your size, but if you give me a moment, I can call the other outlets for you.

Malaysians: No Stock.

RETURNING A CALL

Britons: Hello, this is John Smith. Did anyone page for me a few moments ago?

Malaysians: Hallo, who page?

ASKING SOMEONE TO MAKE WAY.

Britons: Excuse me, I'd like to get by. Would you please make way?

Malaysians: S-kew me

WHEN SOMEONE OFFERS TO PAY

Britons: Hey, put your wallet away, this drink is on me.

Malaysians:No-need, lah.

WHEN ASKING FOR PERMISSION

Britons: Excuse me, but do you think it would be possible for me to enter through this door?

Malaysians: (pointing to the door) can ar?

WHEN ENTERTAINING

Britons: Please make yourself right at home.

Malaysians: Don't be shy, lah!

WHEN DOUBTING SOMEONE

Britons: I don't recall you giving me the money.

Malaysians: Where got?

WHEN DECLINING AN OFFER

Britons: I'd prefer not to do that, if you don't mind.

Malaysians: Doe-waaaan!

IN DISAGREEING ON A TOPIC OF DISCUSSION

Britons:: Err. Tom, I have to stop you there. I understand where you're coming from, but I really have to disagree with what you said about the issue.

Malaysians: You mad, ah?

WHEN ASKING SOMEONE TO LOWER THEIR VOICE.

Britons: Excuse me, but could you please ! lower your voice, I'm trying to concentrate over here.

Malaysians:Shaddap lah!

WHEN ASKING SOMEONE IF HE/SHE KNOWS YOU.

Britons: Excuse me, but I noticed you staring at me for some time. Do I know you?

Malaysians: See what, see what?

WHEN ASSESSING A TIGHT SITUATION.

Britons: We seem to be in a bit of a predicament at the moment.

God and the Geese?

A nice Christmas story...

There was once a man who didn't believe in God, and he didn't hesitate to let others know how he felt about religion and religious holidays. His wife, however, did believe, and she raised their children to also have faith in God and Jesus, despite his disparaging comments. One snowy Eve, his wife was taking their children to service in

the farm community in which they lived. They were to talk about Jesus' birth. She asked him to come, but he refused.

"That story is nonsense!" he said. "Why would God lower Himself to come to Earth as a man? That's ridiculous!"

So she and the children left, and he stayed home. A while later, the winds grew stronger and the snow turned into a blizzard. As the man looked out the window, all he saw was a blinding snowstorm. He sat down to relax before the fire for the evening. Then he heard a loud thump. Something had! hit the window. He looked out, but couldn't see more than a few feet. When the snow let up a little, he ventured outside to see what could have been beating on his window.

In the field near his house he saw a flock of wild geese. Apparently they had been flying south for the winter when they got caught in the snowstorm and couldn't go on. They were lost and stranded on his farm, with no food or shelter. They just flapped their wings and flew around the field in low circles, blindly and aimlessly. A couple of them had flown into his window, it seemed.

The man felt sorry for the geese and wanted to help them. The barn would be a great place for them to stay, he thought. It's warm and safe; surely they could spend the night and wait out the storm. So he walked over to the barn and opened the doors wide, then watched and waited, hoping they would notice the open barn and go inside.

But the geese just fluttered around aimlessly and didn't seem to notice the barn or realize what it could mean for them. The man tried to get their attention, but that just seemed to scare them, and they moved further away. He went into the house and came with some bread, broke it up, and made a bread crumb trail leading to the barn. They still didn't catch on.

Now he was getting frustrated. He got behind them and tried to shoo them toward the barn, but they only got more scared and scattered in every direction except toward the barn. Nothing he did could get them to go into the barn where they would be warm and safe.

"Why don't they follow me?" he exclaimed. "Can't they see this is the only place where they can survive the storm?"

He thought for a moment and realized that they just wouldn't follow a human. "If only I were a goose, then I could save them," he said out loud. Then he had an idea. He went into barn, got one of his own geese, and carried it in his arms as he circled around behind the flock of wild geese.

He then released it. His goose flew through the flock and straight into the barn -- and one-by-one, the other geese followed it to safety.

He stood silently for a moment as the words he had spoken a few minutes earlier replayed in his mind: "If only I were a goose, then I could save them!" Then he thought about what he had said to his wife earlier. "Why would God want to be like us? That's ridiculous!"

Suddenly it all made sense. That is what God had done. We were like the geese--blind, lost, perishing. God had His Son become like us so He could show us the way and save us.

As the winds and blinding snow died down, his soul became quiet and pondered this wonderful thought. Suddenly he understood why Christ had come. Years of doubt and disbelief vanished with the passing storm. He fell to his knees in the snow, and prayed his first prayer:

"Thank You, God, for coming in human form to get me out of the storm!"

Finally.................( ^ .^ )

Hello everybody.....finally found some time to write on my blog. Been a very tiring month for me and Embacy(abbreviation for Emmanuel Baptist Church Youths). The latest camp we had, was our annual youth camp which started on the 7th of December to the 10th of December. The theme for the camp was " D' Encounter ". Wilson who is our youth leader got the word from God about this theme. It is also very relevant to our youths in the world because they are searching for something real and a encounter with someone which is God himself.

Day 1

I got up early as i need to prepare myself for the praise and worship as a musician. I reached church at about 7.15 am. The crowd began to came about 8.15 am. I chattered with a few friends while waiting for the camp to start. After that, the welcoming speech....camp rules...bla bla bla........Usual stuff. Then we had the praise and worship. It was a wonderful worship. I think some of the newcomers look pretty kekok. I don't blame them. I enjoy myself playing the keyboard to praise God. We had Pastor Kueh to preach that morning. He'll be preaching for all the mornings except the last day. According to what he say, he'll be teaching the theological sense of an encounter with God and Uncle Mervyn would be bringing us to the spiritual encounter with God. Anyway i can't really learn much from Pastor Kueh as his teaching is very monotonous and i felt sleepy. Not only me but majority of the youths felt the same way. Please pardon me Pastor. Well i did learn something from him anyway. A lot of the blibical truths. At least half a loaf is better than none right people? We had our lunch at 12.00-1.00 pm. We ate chicken rice. Oh yah before that we played the game angels and mortals. My mortal was David Chung(i'm his angels). The game is to treat him/her nicely till the end of the camp when u have the time to reveal urself to ur mortal. Pretty fun anyway.......We had games in the afternoon. You know lar, the radical youths always win wan.......Not fair! Hmmmph.....we only win once for the mummy game because of my cute sister........
Here are the list of the games:
-Cheer for your group
-Mummy game
-bible knowledge
-water gurgling game.....

I think liddat nia the games...............

to be continued...............

(part 2)

That night the meeting was awesome. Although i was playing the keyboard, i could felt the presence of God flowing upon me. A simple word about baptism was given by Uncle Mervyn. He didn't want to speak that much as he wants to allow the Holy Spirit to move in the church. That night only one person went for baptism which was Daniel Tan. I was very encourage to see him change from a disobedient person to a person who wants to know more about christ. It is a real ENCOUNTER with God. We went downstairs to witness the baptism service. As Daniel went into the pool and up again, he felt the presence of God so strongly. He was crying the pool. Amazingly, he was thrown into the pool again by the power of God just like my older brother last two years. Uncle Mervyn then quickly ask us to go upstairs and just worship God as he sense that the presence of God is strong. I felt shaky as i played the keyboard becoz of the power that flowed down from God. People just slain under the power of God. About six to seven of them are from Trinity Methodist Church and they said it is the first time they were slain under the power of God. GLORY TO GOD!!!!!!!!
I then went back and did some last minute minor packing(because we're leaving for Santubong the next day)

Day 2

I reached the church at about 8.30 am. I thought that i will be late but anyway God help me reach there on time. We praise and worship God full of zeal that day. That day, Pastor preach on the names of God. At least better now. But i can't quite remember all becoz there are so many of them. We ate a good meal and went shopping for FOOD! As u might guess lar. Tradition for many years already. We'll have a party at the last night of the camp. Bought stuff for my mortal too.Went back around 12.45 pm to wait for the bus. The bus reach about 1.00 pm . We boarded the bus and left for Santubong at around 1.17 pm and reach Santubong at 2.30.

The night meeting was quite brief. God decide to move and touch several people. Amazingly when Wilson prophesied that some people are gonna dance, Charissa started to dance . Shocking and ironic isn't it. I didn't wanted to be distracted so i concentrated and slowly began to receive some fire from God. My hands were burning. The meeting lasted till 10++........

DAy3~

The morning was as usual. I played the keyboard. This time the preaching of God was much better. Not so boring.
-lunch
-swimming and games
-rest
-dinner

Now for the fun part. God moved in a strong way last night. My whole body was on fire. Besides that, i received new wine and began to laugh for a long time. Infectious really.......Really an encounter with God. Felt so angelic.

So sorry it is so short.................

~Damai Lagoon~...........Ultimate fun and relaxation

Just came back from Damai Lagoon , Santubong yesterday. We had our line dance retreat there. It was so fun being together with ur frens despite all the other aunties. I thought i'll be alone with my other siblings only but in the end some of my good frens (boys) join line dancing and also join in the retreat.

Starting from the beginning.......

My family packed our stuff around 11.00 and had fried rice before fetching my sister from school. We embarked from home quite late because of my brother who was last minute packing his things. After fetching Lavender(my sis), we head on to Tabuan Jaya to buy some titbits and junk food(hehe). I bought some meat pies for my mom and some "Kong Pian" or "Kong Pia" which is a local Foochow mini minced pork buns(something like mini burgers)for my brother and I to eat at Damai Lagoon. We enjoyed the trip to Damai. But one thing i hate the most is the super duper hot heat rays from the sun. I tell u i could have easily been cook in the car. Beside that i couldn't really feel the cool breeze from the air-con. Maybe it is spoilt......

Anyway, i was greeted my lush green coconut trees, four traditonal statues, and a nice fountain with cool breezes from the beach upon our arrival. Damai Lagoon is well known for the strong breeze so that's why the Lobby doesn't have any fans.Well i think our family were the first to arrive. I sat at the lobby and tried to rest because i felt nauseous. After a few minutes, aunty Shirley who was the one who book the room for all of us, checked in. There was about 7 or 8 rooms which were booked. My parents chose one . It was room 201!!!!!!!!!! The horror!!!!!! Teng teng teng!!!!!!!!*scary music from background*
Kidding kidding....Fooling around.........
Went into our room. I admired the hand-carved doors. No wonder the room rates are so expensive. Anyway, i ate my "Kong Pian" and enjoy the scenery from the window in our room. I also met Aunt Josephine who was one the ladies who took charge for the Kiddies Club in Damai Beach when i was young. She was shocked to see me at Damai Lagoon all grown up. She's now working in the tuck shop there. I bought a packet of chocolates since my mom was asking me to buy one. Along the way back to the room, finally Samuel arrived with his family. I greeted them.
Around 2.30 i went to the swimming pool and swam around . The pool was really dirty. A lot of mosses and SLUGS!!!!!!Addition to that, the pool has a lot of sand and sharp rocks. I got a few cuts too. But i manage to enjoy myself with Daniel and Samuel. We got out of the pool around 3.30 and ajourned back to our rooms. The line dance will start at 4.00 so i got ready and drank some 100 plus. The line dance team found a nice place to dance. We revised our old dances and learn a new dance "Butterfly" which is to the song "Butterfly" too(duh)
i'm your little butterfly.......
Green Black and blue................
The dance was pretty complicated. Took a while to get used to it. We finished at around 6 pm and got ready for dinner.

We grouped together at about 6.45 pm and drove to 'Buntal' which is famous for its seafood restaurants. We went to the " Sri Buntal Seafood Restaurant". Althought there was not much publicity, the homecook food were extremely delicous. I was sad as Samuel and Daniel's family decide to eat somewhere else but will be meeting us later at Damai. About the delicous food we ate:
-Salted chicken with herbs
-Stir fry vegetables
-Garlic Prawns
-Fish soup with Yam(SUPERB...best dish)
-Belacan(prawn paste) with Paku Pakis(wild vegetable)
-Curried bamboo clams
Ooooooooooooh!!!!!My mouth waters as i think about all the scrumptious food. I really enjoyed the meal. The cook cooked to slow...We finish eating at around 9.10..So late! Summore start eating at around 7.30.........

We went back to Damai Lagoon. My parents went for the Line Dancing meeting which was some discussion for the group at aunty Shirley's room. My bro and I went to daniel's room and played PLAY STATION!!!!!It was so fun. Played many common combat games. The line dance meeting ended so late (12.15 am). We make up time by playing longer and eating junk food while staring at the black box. Yawn..........was so tired by then.

I woke up around 6.55 am........I was so cold so i did not have a pleasant sleep. I went for the free buffet breakfast.(food again)Haha.............There was a wide array of different foods form traditional to wetern. I was really greedy......hehe....Gluttony........There was Mee Bandung(Malay noodles), Ampok ayam(curried chicken), Rendang(spice beef), Fried Vermicili, Congee, Fruits, Bread, Crossaints, Tarts, Jams, Yoghurts, Bacons, Cheese, Beef Bacon, Pancakes, Roti Canai(indian bread),Hot dogs, Scrambled eggs, Cereals, Fresh Juices, and SPECIAL OMMELETES WITH bacon, tons of cheese, and frozen vegetables.......Mmmmmmmmmmm......yummy........*mouth watering again. I couldn't eat much as i got line dancing later..... :( if not later got appendix.........haih~ Learn another new dance entitled"no matter what"....got may spectactors........even some white people join in and learn then hurried away....har har har.......I think they feel weird. :0 :).......

I went to Daniel's room and played playstation again......har har har.......a boys typicak game gadget........Went back early as i have to pack the things and check out with my family.....*sob
I reallt miss Damai Lar...............oh Yah, couldn't swim dat day as they were cleaning the pool.....*another sob.........so pratically i was sobbing away without tears......Haih i miss Damai Lagoon. Sandy beaches with glistening waters..........i think dat's all lar. My longets post ever...

Damai! I will be back~~~~~~~

SoRry..................

I want to say sorry to those who has been visiting quite often and yet there is no recent post. Recently i had been very busy with my youth group and i've been elected as a cell group leader summore.Very stressful. WHo will hear my pain and cry?(over reacting).hehehehe.........But it is quite tiring.
This is what i do for one meeting:
-Call up my members
-Preparing materials
-Planning out activities
-Preparing myself so dat i'll know the materials in and out
-Being the teacher for everything
-Clearing the place up
-Shopping for ingredients
-Making sure everybody feels at home
-Paying for Photostating(sure pokai=bankrupt)

I didn't have only one meeting , i had THREE this week!!!!!
Oh woe...........Oh woe..........

But anyway it taught me a lot how hard is to be and efficient leader. It also taught me how hard Uncle Mervyn had to put up with us and to lead our youth group. I thought dat it will be easy leading but then it was very hard u know.............Because of different types of interest of different individual. Like someone want to do outdoor sports, the other want to some baking. Very tiring. SOMEONE HELP ME!!! Playing games also very hard to handle. If one doesn't one to play a certain game, the other will follow. I felt very dissapointed. I felt dat i fail. AAAAAARRGH!!!!!!!!! To add more on top, i was down with flu, fever, cough, and sore throat.

Anyway, i pray dat the strenght of God will pull me through this time of hardship(hehe). This is the following activities i did this week with my cell group.
-Bible studies
-Line Dancing
-Baking cookies
-Makan lunch
-Guitar lessons from Daniel Tan (thank you)
-Some outdoor activities
-Board(bored) games
-Chit Chatting
-Resting
-Having fun with each other

Good News is, my cell group is expanding from a mere 5 ppl to 12 ppl. Oh so susah(hard)!!!!!!
Haih~
Enough nonsense,
See next time.......
Ps: see my cursor i made............nice aye?

Baptism

We had an awesome baptism yesterday. I followed my family as my father was the worship leader that night. I was surprised with the turnout of so many people. It is very encouraging to see many chinese christians getting together. We all sang some Mandarin songs and then had a word from our Pastor, David Kueh. He shared just a simple clear message about the meaning of baptism. After that, Ps.Kueh and Uncle Frank went into the baptism pool first. One by one about fourteen of them were baptise in the name of the Father, The Son , and the Holy Spirit. More christian songs were being sung after the baptism. We had a small reception compromising of different types of local delicacies or in malay we call them "Kuih". Although they were food laid on the table, the our family and the Tabuan Heights care group instead went to a local hawker centre and ordered several local dishes to celebrate the baptism of the three members in our care group which is Mei(i think), Aunty Evelyn, and Joe Joe koko(brother). We ate Tomato Noodles, Tomato Kueh Tiaw(broad noodles), and also fried noodles. There was also a Baptism Cake ( sort of a birthday cake instead) to celebrate their spiritual birthday (sort of).
Here are some pictures of the baptism and gathering:

Tiramisu!!!!

I made a delicous, scrumptious, nicest tiramisu yesterday. Now i know why tiramisu are very expensive because the ingredients are expensive(duh......=.=' ).Besides dat, making tiramisu is very tideous but i really enjoy it. A long time before PMR, i already wanted to learn how to make tiramisu. So i search and search until i found the best tiramisu recipe on the net which is webpage. It is full with step by step instuctions and pictures.........very good indeed.

Here is a picture of my tiramisu:

Oh no!!!!!!!, my tiramisu is burnt.....just kidding.....it is the cocoa powder..haha :)

Actually i change the recipe a little due to the fact some ingredients are not avaliable.Instead of the italian biscuits as the cake, i change to pandan sponge cake and it came out just fine.I also change the mascarpone cheese to philadelphia cream cheese and but it was still nice. I thought it will turn out wrong but it came out nicely set. Honestly my cake doesn't have espresso and marsala wine but it still taste splendid.

Hectic day.......

Pack day I had yesterday.
It was my sister's graduation concert yesterday I had to help get her ready her attire and make up because my mom had to attend staff meeting. So I practice on her different type of eye shadow lousy because I'm a boy. Finally, I managed to get the right colour which is blue.

After taking a bath we(my mom came back) got ready to go for the concert. Here is the picture of her after I make her up.....haha:

My cute sister

We reach there around 1.10pm . And u know wad, there was no parking space so in the end my mom parked her car near the housing estate.

I went in first as my sister needs to report to the teacher at once and beside she was late already.
I finally found some seats and booked some for my parents father would come later as he needs to pick my brother from tuition waiting, I read the schedule for the concert.I WAS SHOCKED. My sister joined the FANCY DRESS COMPETITION and it was like her turn to model after her dance followed by the level 2 dance. Besides that, the pauses between the dances is not long.

She dance very well to Huang Xing Ling's song "Honey". She was the only one moving and dancing to the rhythm(shaking her body too :) )After her dance , I panicked(I'm her dress manager, sort of) and hurried to get her at the back stage. I finally found her amongst the crowd and brought her to change with my mom. She wore a Chinese cheongsam with a flower bun....I 'm the one who made her hair into a nice bun. Oh yah, she also had a Chinese fan with her

My mom and I ran back to our seats and sat down were questioning as my father and brother not yet arrived to the concert. I waited and finally the fancy dress competition started. When my sister came out (I taught her how to model with the Chinese fan) , she was the only one that mesmerised the crowd as the other participants just walk,do not smile, and do not pose. She fanned out her fan which I taught her how to and posed for the judges very well. I was very excited. Some other people wore chicken outfits , sunflower, fairies but they did not posed as well as my sister.(*proud of my sis*)

She changed again and prepared for her Malay dance. In the Malay dance she did not do well as the teacher played the wrong music. The music did not have any lyrics so she couldn't know what was the next step. Not only her, the others couldn't dance well. It was a very bad show.

Anyway it was time for the results for the fancy dress competition.I was disappointed as my sis only got consolation as she didn't wore any fancy dress(silly me) but anyway she did a good job as she was very flamboyant when she posed. Oh yah, my father and bro came just after the modeling....haih they all miss out the fun part.

After that she wore the graduation robes and received her cerfiticate..Oh well, I'll miss the school(was my school last time) concert as this is the last time. The tadika block will be demolished end of this year and the staff and students will be moved to another place. All my memories will be gone.....*sob*

ps: sorry the photos are shaky as my hands were tired taking videos of people ...........

Mission 61:1

Revive again!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a wonderful experience last night. Our church youth and college ministry held a meeting with the theme Mission 61:1 which is taken from Isaiah 61:1.
The Spirit of the Sovereign lord is upon me,
Because the Lord has anointed me to preach good news to the poor.
He has send me to bind up the brokenhearted,
To set the ceptives release from the darkness for the prisoners........
Amen!!!!!!!
The meeting started at around 7.40 pm. Many youths were there from different churches such as First Baptist Church, Trinity Methodist Church, Good News Fellowship and many more...not forgetting out our own church Emmanuel Baptist Church. I met also met some of my old classmates and mingled among them before the meeting starts. The venue was in our church but the second night is at Good News(today 15 October) with a different theme which is FIRESTORM which is more evangelical(i spell wrongly i think)

We had an awesome praise and worship. It was exciting to see different churches coming together as one. Although it was mainly for youths, we has some unexpected guest in the older age group.(hahahaha)During the song "Rain Down" i just could feel cool waves coming down from the anointing fo God.I felt refreshed and all my burdens just left.

AND THE BEST PART OF ALL ................*drum roll*
Is the preaching........

Hahaha......most of you will say that the preaching ususally is the boring part but no this preacher is a lot way different. Pastor Chris long whom is the preacher for both nights had more than 20 years of exeperience in th youth ministry.AND HE IS VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY FUNNY. He pulled out many jokes and pranks on the youths.I had stiches on my sides........can't help laughing.I feel like telling you all but jokes are pretty lengthy.I'll try the find some time. Although the theme was Mission 61:1 the pastor preach from Genesis 32:22 and onwards about the weak who are victory through christ. Th e examples through Jacob were very interesting.Jacob means liar,deceiver,manipulater....etc...He gain in life through all the method of cheating, lying and others. Then there was the time he had to run away from Laban adn he had to meet with Esau which is his number one enemy. Pastor Long said that all of us has our Esau it could be PMR, SPM,STPM ,our family....etc than we will be able to launch out in victory for God. In Jacobs story, he wrestled with God before he met his brother the next day. He wanted God to bless him. Before that, his hip was broken and he lost and still he stuggles to get the blessing.Pastor Chris said that all of us will be broken one day but in the end we will become victorious through him.If we win in the struggle, we lose in the end without God and so like wise.

At the end of the meeting, there was an altar call(praying for ppl).Once again i could felt waves after waves of anointing. So wonderful..........Then we were asked by Pastror Chris just to praise Jesus for a few minutes. You could really felt the presnece of God and freedom in him. The meeting ended with a blast with Hillsong songs.....

Those who are reading, please come tonite at 7.15 at Good News Fellowship, Grees Height, Aiport road. U'll be bless with his message. Be prepared for changes in your life.........

SEE YOU THERE!!!!!!!!!

To all Malaysians

Can you all do us a favour.....

On the seventeenth of October this month(2005)they'll be a broadcast on a sickly boy named Jeremy Ak Sikad on "Rancangan Bersamamu" at TV3. This boy is infected with 'JE' virus. I've known him as he comes to our church. Very pitiful indeed. The mom has to feed him thorugh a tube everyday. The boy(jeremy)almost cries everytime in church due to the pain .He had gone through many series of operations and the mom and father needs the public to help for donations to help them through.

What can we help?
-By watching the "Bersamamu channel"
-Donating through SMSes
-Following other methods to help them through the instruction on tv.There will be addresses and etc.......

Prayer Points
-To ask our Lord Jesus to heal him(he is more than willing)
-To pray for people willing to help the family
-Pray for abundant donations

It is time christians in Malaysia play a part in helping the community through charity works.
Please help.......

Please repost this to tell others....Thank you.

FREEDOM!!!!!FREEDOM!!!!!FREEDOM!!!!!!
Finally my exams are over.So now i start my new blog.
For those who do not know, i just finish my public exams so now i'm extremely free.

about the exams......
jeng jeng jeng......
IT WAS SO EASY!!!!!!!!!!I study like hours and then come out all the easy question exam for Bahasa Melayu paper(Malaysian Language)grrrrrrr..............we all should sue the government for giving unecessary stress to fifteen year old students.Anway, i won't....cheerios.

About yesterday.............
I ate with the Choo family. They are from Kuala Lumpur. They came and shared in the mandarin service and the women's joy fellowship meeting.During the luncheon, i met my friends(The Choo's children)namely are Ian Choo,Sue-anne Choo, and Woon Fei. So sayang(what a pity), couldn't talk much becoz we were across each other at the 'round table'.Addition to that, i couldn't overpower the uncle's and auntie's voices if not i'll be sure to be scolded.Miss talking to them so much.

Sue-anne light up my day.She was practically chattering away with my sister and I.We talk and laugh together for an hour++.Boy, she really could laugh so much. After the luncheon, she followed us home for a treat becoz she and my sister won't be meeting each other today as she is leaving for KL(11 october). They laugh and laugh all the way home.Next, my sis and Sue-anne played "Worms World Party".......not bad for a six and eight year old.I as usual had to study for today's exam.My father then brought them to have fun at the Reservoir's Park without me(study mah).I heard they laugh and play throughout the trip. When they were tired, they all ate century eggs and drink coconut juice at a nearby stall. Lavender whom is my sis was sad when had to send Sue-anne home.

Oh well, i 'l write more later...............tata.......
