A post after a long time

Hi! everybody. Thanks for still visiting my blog. This time my post will be totally random of different happenings. I decided to blog today as i have some time to spare. Been filled up with plenty of assignments, quiz, studies, church, and charity work. Well, last week Loung Huey made my day as finally i can talk to someone face-to face from Kuching. Here goes nothing. Beware, its gonna be a lot of picture and from there i will elaborate.

Highlight of this weekend would be the Youth Day or also know as Curtin Carnival. This is whereby Curtin will go WILD! with fun and games. Many booths will be set up selling foods, drink or merchandise to raise fun for their club. I would be helping to handle the one of the booth which is for charity whereby people get to draw a heart shape and colour it on a piece of cloth. The theme is " Malaysia we love you with all our hearts!" . Anyway, i strongly urge you guys and gals who are in Miri to come for this as it is the most happening thing that can happen here in a small city. Like the theme "Hakuna Matata" , just cast your worries away and enjoy. Later , work hard for your work, exams, quizzes , assignments etc.......[feeling depress hearing this.lol]

Several competitions are going on but i don't think i am joining it for this year. Too busy with lots of things.

International Cultural Day was last week in Imperial Mall where i met up with Loung Huey. Had a fun time with her and my friends. The performances and booths were interesting as you get to know more about their culture and FOOD from all around the world like China, Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, African Continent, Arab, Indonesia and so on.

At the China Booth. Didn't take much photo though. I forgot. Anyway, the chinese costumes are the prettiest.

Edward's Birthday Celebration (last night)

It was an ambush party at Kelab Rekreasi Petroliam. A exclusive club for those in the petroleum company[my future club!!!]. I heard only pay rm10 a month for petroleum workers. Edward and Galvin are members. Anyway, Galvin trick him into the restaurant wanting to discuss something serious. But we surprise him and gave him a shock of his life. Ummmmm not shocking actually. More like "mulut ternganga". Had a pleasant meal of ginger chicken with cashew nuts [they forgot the cashews!], baby kailan, garlic bilin which is a smaller version of paku-pakis of the fern family, butter fish, japanese tofu stew and ginger beef! Yummy and the price was super cheap.

Flat screen monitors for our new 24-hour ICT lab for students. Applied for the access card that only cost rm2.50 lifetime usage. Cool when u need to do last minute assignments.

Shepherd Pie at Annie's Little kitchen which only cost a freaking cheap rm 10.00! Very nice with some pickle sauce and white sauce to cream the dish up.

Catastrophe in Research and Writing skills class. The teacher pulled the LCD monitor leading to a dangerous chain reaction. It went up knocking the top, releasing the catch, knocked the switch box down and dragged the LCD screen holder with a loud WHAM! Good thing the guys manage to fixed it back!

Programming is fun! I manage to finish two assignments in less than 2 minutes and i was bored in today's class. So with my outrageous creativity, i designed a quiz about Brenda who happened to be next to me. It was a hilarious work . But i only could finish up halfway. Unknowingly, my teacher was watching me from behind and commented on my work and asked me to continue. Haha. He said our class is the most fun class to teach as we are all curious and willing to experiment around.

I am super angry now. Someone nominated me on9 as a class representative for group 1E3 fro Physics Class. Now i have to say honestly the good and bad stuff of the teacher and students in front of the head of department. Scary stuff and i don't feel good when i talk bad about others. Especially when ur talking about adult. Oh no! God help me!

Until then....See ya around in September! Shall update more about miri soon!
