So happy, my exams are finally over. So sorry yea.....i broke my promise....wad to do so busy with school work and line dancing.(Yes, i can dance *blush*).
Yesterday was simply amazing at S'wak Club. I was sponsored by Aunty Shirley( my dancing teacher) to go for a Line Dance Hoe down dinner. I arrive there quite early to book a place for the Ebc Line dance Group. I got to meet with different dancers of all ages and genders.
At my table was several of my line dance friends. We enjoyed the food and dancing . We had many different type of foods.....SO DELICOUS!!!!!!! I adore S'wak Club so much.
Anyway back to the line dance, we had to dance forty different types of dances. We can choose to dance or not. It was really an eye-opener. Did you know that there was a very very very old lady who could dance a youth dance so well with all the attitude and all??!!!!!! It was so shocking. I felt so embarrased to see a old lady who could beat me. Actually last Saturday we went for a practice at Aunty Yew Puay's house ( owner of KARAR line Dance) to go through the dance. So i picked out three dances i wanted to learn badly which are Sway, All That Jazz, and last but not least MAMBO JIVE!!!!!!!! That dance is so freaking cool!!!. I downloaded the step sheets from http://www.kickit.to/ld
So there i was dancing with them......i felt so proud as i was only a Level Three compared to all the other Level Ten dancers. hehe...........talent bah.....Kakakakkakaka......
Imagine a bunch of rowdy youths eating and dancing and eating and dancing till we got almost a stomache. Oh yeah....got lucky draw also you know!!!!!! All the items were wrapped up and are meant to be used for line dancing. I wonder what is in there...........Cool.....
Me and my friends request for the dance "Bounce"( yeah to the song "bounce baby on the door"). We reinvented the steps and all as a tribute to Aunty Tai Men who had been teaching us all the cool and hard dances. We perform, four of us, as the audience clapped their hands.*Proud* hehe.
Yeah so the whole night was so cool beyond words can express. I forgot to charge my camers.so sorry again. I went home early because today(27/3/06) i had to go to school. So i passed my ticket to Charissa........I wonder did i win anything????.....well i enjoyed the dancing so much.
